Terms and Conditions

All requests will be confirmed by email from hola@smxperience.com.


Each client is responsible for providing accurate flight information.


SMXPERIENCE will send a confirmation email, so clients can double-check their information and make any required corrections.


Tips are not included and are so appreciated.


The client is responsible for notifying us of any changes, flight delays, or cancellations. If the client is on a delayed flight, and the driver has not left for the airport, then we will not charge for the service.


There is a strict 48-hour cancellation policy.


We are not responsible for forgotten objects on the vehicles. Please verify you have all your belongings before leaving the vehicle.


The cost listed in your reservations includes ONE-WAY transportation service from the pick-up locations to the final locations, also listed in your reservation.


Any additional stops or deviations will cause extra charges by the hour or fraction.


We do not arrange local transportation services.


Vehicles will be assigned according to availability.

IMPORTANT: TRAVEL TIMES


We will provide a recommended departure time from San Miguel de Allende to the airport(s) to ensure timely arrival, typically set at 3 hours and 40 minutes before departure to BJX/LEON & QRO Airports.

For BJX/LEÓN and QRO Querétaro AIRPORTS, factor in 1 hour and 40 minutes of travel time, along with an additional 2 hours before the flight for international departures.

 

In the case of MÉXICO CITY AIRPORT, anticipate a roughly 4-5 hours travel time from San Miguel de Allende, along with an additional 2 hours before the flight for international departures.

It's crucial to adhere to the suggested departure time to avoid potential delays. If you opt for a departure time that differs from our recommended timeframe, we cannot assume responsibility for any missed flights.

 


PAYMENT PROCESS


IF YOU DECIDE TO USE CREDIT CARD AS PAYMENT METHOD, PLEASE ADVISE YOUR BANK THAT YOU ARE GOING TO BE OUT OF YOUR COUNTRY AND THAT YOU AUTHORIZE SMXPERIENCE (this is the name is going to show on your bank statement) TO MAKE CHARGES FOR PRIVATE TRANSPORTATION SERVICES.


CASH: YOU HAVE THE OPTION TO PAY IN CASH DIRECTLY TO THE DRIVER UPON YOUR ARRIVAL AND ON YOUR DEPARTURE DATE. YOU CAN PAY IN AMERICAN DOLLARS OR MEXICAN PESOS. NO CHARGE WILL BE DONE TO THE PROVIDED CREDIT CARD.


CREDIT CARD: The showed costs are in Mexican pesos (MXN). If you pay with a credit card, the amount shown on your bank statement will be determined by the day's exchange rate, according to your bank.


ARRIVAL: THE CHARGE WILL BE DONE TO THE PROVIDED CREDIT CARD ONCE YOU MEET YOUR DRIVER AT THE AIRPORT/PICK-UP LOCATION.


DEPARTURE: THE CHARGE WILL BE DONE ONE DAY BEFORE YOU LEAVE BACK TO THE AIRPORT/ DROP LOCATION.


Sensitive information will be deleted from your files once the service has finished.

 


CANCELLATION AND NO-SHOW POLICIES


Free cancellation with 48 hours notice. Full charge if canceled less than 48 hours in advance.


If you can´t find your chauffeur or vehicle, please call the telephone number listed in your confirmation email. Leaving the pick-up location without calling our office may result in a no-show charge equal to the reservation cost.


Cancellation must be done by e-mail sent to hola@smxperience.com and should be confirmed with a response.


There will be no refunds via credit cards. We only give vouchers for future travel with SMXPERIENCE.
NO SHOW would mean a charge to your credit card for the total amount of your transportation service.
